John has been with Housemart Inc since August of 2019. He really enjoys getting to know new people and eagerly looks forward to building relationships with each seller. His goal is to help sellers find a solution to their problem in a way that benefits both parties. John works mainly with acquisitions, but will many times have a hand in many other parts of the business. He has been a main part of over 500 transactions. He is a NWI native and is a die hard fan of all Chicago teams.
Laurie Whitehouse
Closing Coordinator
Laurie has been employed with Housemart Inc for 7 years. She has transferred her love of teaching college English to her work with clients, realtors and investors. She strives to make all transactions as seamless and as comfortable as possible. Most of Laurie’s work at Housemart has been in the areas of closings and finance. Fun fact: Laurie has crafted nearly 900 payoff letters!
